How
to Order
Browse the
items you are interested in purchasing to find out further
details and to find the full cost including delivery
to your country.
If you decide
to purchase, add the item to your shopping basket.
Check that the
items listed are as you expect. You may adjust the quantities
of the items, remove items and continue shopping. Select
the 'recalculate' button if you make changes.
When you have finished shopping, confirm that your location
information is displayed correctly. Change this if necessary.
Select the 'current shipping' location. This will be either
'Inside the UK' or 'Ourside the UK'.
When you are
ready, go to the checkout. Full details of your order
will be
displayed.
You will be
asked to enter your contact details when you go
to the checkout. Payment options are being added. If paying using Visa,
Mastercard, Solo, Electron and Switch you
will be diverted to our secure payment handling system. You
may also opt to pay by cheque by printing off the order and
mailing it to us.
Follow the
payment instructions. You will receive an acknowledgement
message and an email confirmation once your order has
been processed successfully. If the order fails, either
try again or contact the Krizevac Project.
Displayed
prices
The
price of each item is displayed.
Prices for items to be sent to you are given for
delivery inside the UK and outside the UK. Where applicable prices include
Postage and Packing (P&P) and all UK taxes. Note
that the same P&P charge applies for customers in
the European postal zone, zone 1 and zone 2. A customs declaration
form will be attached to international orders when required.
Customers are responsible for any customs duty or taxes
due on
postal deliveries. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country. You should contact your local customs
office for further information.
In the case of items for projects in Malawi, the full amount you pay is added to the project fund for use in Malawi. The only deductions made from what you pay are any charges for processing your method of payment.
Prices are displayed
in pounds sterling and your credit or debit card will
be charged in this currency.
Delivery
We use standard
second-class postage within the UK and airmail printed paper
or small packet postage elsewhere in the world. Your goods
should arrive within a few days.
We guarantee
delivery within 28 days unless otherwise stated. We will contact you to confirm
you wish to proceed if delivery will take longer than
28 days. Please contact
us giving your order reference if
your order is more urgent than this. If we have to arrange
a special
delivery,
this may affect the cost. We will contact you before
proceeding.
In the case of items for projects in Malawi, reports will appear on the Krizevac website updating progress on the projects. Krizevac accounts are submitted to the Charity Commission website and may be accessed by clicking here. Alternatively search for Krizevac on the page http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/

the post office) where necessary for us to collect payment
or to arrange delivery of your goods (see the section
on security). Krizevac does not hold your credit card details - these are processed by the secure server.
If you have
requested your goods to be delivered to an address other

are registered with the UK Data Protection Registrar.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our database
(see the section on security).
